Some Dolls House Miniatures

I have two dolls houses, one is a 1940s house and the other is a Christmas Shop.
The ground floor of the Christmas Shop is like an indoor market, with a area for the butcher, the florist and the bakers as well as the fruit and veg area.

I made this market stall with my own fair hands, which is something that I am rather proud of, being as I never seem to have much luck sawing a piece of wood straight, no matter how hard I try. So I consider this a great achievement.
I also made the vegetable boxes. I wanted them to look as they would have done in a market in the 50s,60s or 70s before plastic trays were used.
I made the fruit and vegetables using Fimo.
My favourite has got to be the little basket of mushrooms.
I made this card for my Aunty who was 91 years old this week (but don't tell her I told you!)
The image is from The diary of an Edwardian Lady.
It is a really pretty image and works well with the lace.

Just following the recipe !!!!

My entry for a challenge over on the Crafts Beautiful forum.

The Recipe for the card is as follows -

3 Buttons
2 Gem Stones or Pearls
1 or 2 Ribbons
1 Card (any colour)
1 Stamped or Drawn/Painted Flower Image
1 Backing Paper (optional)
1 Piece of Mirri Board (optional)
Free use of glitters, paints, pencils etc.

I have used a Papermania Signature Poppy Stamp and Flower Soft backing paper.
I stamped the image straight onto the backing paper and coloured using blendable pencils, and mounted it onto gold mirri board, which was then mounted onto a deckle edged card.
I added the two gems to the top left hand corner.
The buttons were lilac coloured with a shank on the back of them. I cut the shank off and coloured them black using peel off marker pens.
I attached a piece of ribbon to the back of one of the buttons and stuck the other two flat onto the card using transparent dots.

25th Wedding Anniversary Decoupage Card

This card was made for my friends 25th Wedding Anniversary.
Because this decoupage has lots of layers it looks good as you really see the 3d effect.
More La Pashe decoupage 'Remember When' Christmas

With all of the Remember When decoupage you can choose where to place the figures, whether to add them all or to leave some of them off!

La Pashe, 'Remember When'

All of the Remember When series are available in both sepia and colour.
I like both but think that the sepia has the edge!

Another order, this time for a Jemima Puddleduck fan!

I was asked to make a Wedding Anniversary card for a motorbike fanatic.
I wanted to keep it quite simple!

Both these fairy decoupage sheets where given to me by Rachel.
The lilac fairy card has a lace back ground which has been printed onto parchment paper.
The Christmas fairy has been mounted onto a CD.

Thank you Rachel I couldn't have made them without you!!!

I think that La Pashe have to be one of my favourites at the moment and I just love their 'Flippin' Christmas' animals collection.
The first picture is of the inside left of the card.
The second picture is of the inside right of the card (the white paper is only behind it for photographic purposes!) as you can see the decoupage is back and front!
The third picture is of the front

Shaker Card

This is my first ever attempt at a shaker card.
